This document records the complete setup of the Jaribu Tech Solutions business email infrastructure.

Maintenance Checklist

Monthly:

Verify emails are still arriving.
Check Brevo account status.
Review DMARC reports.
Test inbound email quarterly
Renew domain before expiry.
Verify Brevo sender identities remain verified
Verify Cloudflare Email Routing rules remain active
Review Gmail "Send As" identities after major account changes

Important Rule

Do NOT modify a working sender configuration unless there is a clear business reason.

NOTE: Founder Email Flexibility

The founder address can be treated as a premium personal-business identity.

Example:

is perfectly acceptable.

Benefits:

Professional appearance
Uses company branding
Keeps personal inbox workflow
No additional mailbox cost
Works well for startups and solo founders

This setup should not be considered a workaround.

It is a legitimate business practice used by many small companies and bootstrapped startups.

Recommendation:

Operational Principle

Create addresses intentionally.

Every address should answer:

Who uses it?
Why does it exist?
Where does it forward?
Should it appear in Gmail's Send-As list?

If there is no clear answer, do not add the address to daily workflows.

Keep the system simple.
Simplicity is easier to maintain than complexity.
